Foreign affairs professional with two decades-plus experience in a variety of national security leadership and advisory roles during five U.S. Presidential Administrations, in ten countries, and as part of the U.S. delegation to the United Nations. His specialties have included political and economic transitions, international trade, global health, civil aviation, active and frozen conflicts, humanitarian and development assistance, crisis and risk management, and political-military affairs. After serving as a United States diplomat in the U.S. Foreign Service for nearly 25 years, Mr. Espinoza is now eager to use the skills he built in service of greater global prosperity.
